What Is Die Casting & The Benefits?

We offer you Die Casting China at the best quality. Being the respected industry for years, we wish to gather as many loyal customers as

we can. Die casting is a manufacturing process for producing metal parts by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a die cavity.

The die or mold cavities are created with hardened tool steel which is previously machined to the net shape or near net shape of the die

cast parts. This process allows products to be made with high degree of accuracy and repeatability.

The first equipment used in die casting was invented in 1838 with the purpose of producing moveable type for the printing industry.

In 1849, the first die casting related patent was granted to a small, hand operated machine used to mechanise printing type production.

An automated type casting device which became the dominant type equipment used within the printing industry and entailed a process

that remained in use until the 1970’s.

The die casting process also produce fine details such as textured surfaces or names without requiring further processing. In the process

of manufacturing the machine, we produce parts using primarily non-ferrous metals, such as zinc, copper, aluminum and magnesium. The

ability of producing high detailed and high accuracy parts make die casting a suitable choice for mass produced product.

The rapid growth of consumer appliances and goods is making our company proud because of the affordable production process for intricate

parts in a high production volume. We produce castings faster and with a better surface finish being developed from compared to the old times.

At the present time, as Die Casting China we are well established. We offer a wide range of casting activity and the range of die casting products

produced  have varied sizes as well.
