As mobile processors optimize performance and power consumption through the complex design of advanced manufacturing processes, companies are looking for predictive measures to optimize performance and ensure continuous quality throughout the life expectancy. In addition, monitoring the impact of software on hardware is becoming increasingly important. Tailoring software decisions based on the functions and performance of electronic products requires that the parameters be visible both during production testing and throughout the life of the equipment.

The proteanTecs predictive analysis engine can collect in-depth data over time, identify high-risk issues, and actively monitor these issues based on the data obtained. Using chip telemetry data, historical data, predictive modeling, and machine learning, the company enables manufacturers and brand owners to identify system problems and take action through rapid root cause analysis to extend system life. These problems may result from material degradation, aging, software impact, application pressure, potential production defects, or environmental impact. Through continuous monitoring, software upgrades can also be verified on existing hardware to ensure reliable performance.

Keith Morton, chief revenue officer of proteanTecs, said: “proteanTecs’ predictive solutions perfectly meet the growing demand for visibility and in-depth data analysis in the mobile electronics field. Our entry into this expanding market segment is a natural evolution and we are very pleased Able to provide support for next-generation devices through electronic health monitoring.”
